FAQ – Desjardins Group – Desjardins Web Panel

The Desjardins Web Panel is open to all Canadian residents who are Desjardins clients and members and have reached majority in their province of residence. You must have a personal or work e-mail address where you can receive invitations to participate in the surveys, as well as Internet access to answer survey questions online.

Your participation in the Desjardins Web Panel is voluntary. If you meet the registration conditions, you can take part as long as you like, with no minimum period. You can leave the panel at any time, for any reason, without prior notice simply by e-mailing us the notice in the Contact us section of the web site. You will no longer be invited to take part in surveys and your personal information will be permanently erased.

Once you've completed the Desjardins Web Panel registration process, you will receive e-mails inviting you to participate in the current surveys. You can view the surveys by clicking on the link in the e-mail.
