Choose how often you'd like to receive a security code to confirm your identity. Combining a security code with your password is the best way to protect yourself against fraud and identity theft.
Identity verification and alert management
Protect your AccèsD account from bank fraud and identity theft with an additional layer of security by adding a phone number and email address to receive real-time alerts about your account's security, such as when a suspicious login occurs.
Security key for Business members
New! – Protect your AccèsD Affaires account using a physical security key and enable secure and efficient 2-step verification. The security key allows you to unlock and access your account.

Our additional security measures
Desjardins Identity Protection
Available to all members and clients, this service protects your accounts and assets at Desjardins. It also includes Equifax credit monitoring, support services for victims of identity theft, and reimbursement of certain expenses, such as ID replacement costs or attorney fees.
