Narrator: Safely pay your bills on the Desjardins AccèsD platform by following these few steps.

Narrator: With AccèsD, you can set up payments for many of your bills at any time using your computer or mobile device.

[A man types on the screen of his tablet.]

Narrator: Pay your telephone, electricity, gas, cable, school and municipal taxes and credit card bills.

[A woman stares at her computer screen while filing her bills.]

Narrator: Before you start, make sure you have on hand the bill or bills you want to pay.

[The Desjardins home page appears.]

[On-screen text : Committed. Connected.]

Narrator: Go to desjardins.com.

Once you're on the home page, click the login button located in the top right corner of the screen.

[A cursor clicks the Log in button and the drop-down menu appears.]

Narrator: A drop-down menu will appear. Find the AccèsD section and click the Go button on the top right.

Enter your username and password and click Log in.

[The 2-step verification page appears.]

Narrator: To confirm your identity, select the verification method you prefer:

1: Notification

2: Text message

If you want to use another verification method, click Alternative methods.

This step is to make sure that only you can access your account.

Click Continue.

Narrator: We'll send you a one-time security code according to the method you selected.

[The Security code page appears.]

Narrator: Enter the security code and click Continue.

[We see a member's personal home page.]

Narrator: Once you've logged in, click Bill payments near the top-right corner of the screen.

[The Make a payment window appears.]

Narrator: First you'll need to add the provider. To do this, click the Add a bill tab located in the menu at the top of the screen.

Enter the provider's name and search. Then, follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Click OK to confirm the provider.

On your bill, find the reference number indicated by the provider.

Next, enter this number in the Reference number field and add a description to help you keep track of your payments on your statements.

Save your preferences by clicking OK.

Verify the information you entered one last time, then click Confirm or Correct.

[The Make a payment tab appears.]

Your updated list of bills will appear. Next, enter the bill amount next to the provider's name.

If it's a recurring payment, you can choose the payment frequency. If it's a one-time payment, you can choose the payment date.

Now all you have to do is select the account from which to pay the bill. Then click OK.

Verify all the information and click Confirm.
